XR Trackwork Pte Ltd was incorporated on 17 April 2002 with Mr. Leung Kam Cheung as the key person. Leung has diversified rail construction experience since 1984 in Hong Kong and later includes Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Bangladesh.

Back in 1985, Leung first came to Singapore for SMRT Phase I & II (NS & EW line & Boon Lay extension) construction, returned to Hong Kong to join LRT Hong Kong, and was head hunted for Singapore SMRT Phase III (Woodlands) construction.

Today, XR’s major clients include SMRT, PSA, Jurong Port and SATS. overseas projects including Honh Konh and Sri Lanka. Despite our small operation, we are well equipped with special tools, experience skilled workers and experience certified thermit welders, enabling us to provide solutions and spearheaded several projects for our clients.

XR is also authorised agent for Australia Thermit, Mecnoservice Tangential Grinding Vehicle and RKR Rail Equipment.
