Prior to XR, Leung’s rail experience over the region includes

• Singapore
  • SMRT Phase I & II (NSEW line & Boon Lay extension) construction;
  • SMRT Phase III (Woodlands extension) construction;
  • NE Line construction;
  • During non-revenue hours, replacement & installation of MJ80 point machine, swing-nose crossing, plain crossing, turnouts, track, timber sleepers and level crossings on the SMRT existing tracks and depots.
• Hong Kong - MTR construction, LRT Maintenance, was awarded Certificate of Excellence by KCRC-LRT.
• Malaysia - KTM rail upgrading projects in KL Central, Port Klang&Rawang.
• Thailand - Installation of additional track in Nakhon Pathon (from one-way to two-way track).
• Bangladesh - Jamuna Bridge Rail Link construction.
